here is a story board of building a replica of the Gibson 1959/60 Les Paul - routing!

The body needs two planes introduced - the first at about 1.2 degrees where the pick ups are located and a second for the neck angle. The pick ups and neck have the same angle at about 3.5 to 4 degrees.
